Spread the cost of a bigger project

A well-designed hydronic system is an investment that pays you back for decades in comfort and lower energy bills — but we know the upfront number for a whole-home radiant install, a high-efficiency boiler, or a heated driveway can be significant. Flexible payment options let you move forward now and pay over time, instead of putting off a project that will make your home more comfortable and efficient this winter.

How it works

The simplest place to start is your estimate. When we quote your project, just let us know you're interested in monthly payments and we'll walk you through the current options — what a typical payment could look like, and how to apply. There's no obligation, and asking never affects your estimate or the price of the work.

Easy monthly payments

Spread the cost of your radiant, boiler, or snow-melt project into predictable monthly payments that fit your budget.

Simple to ask about

No separate trip or paperwork up front — just mention financing when we put together your estimate and we'll handle the rest.

Fast & straightforward

Applications are quick, and once you're approved your project can move forward without a long wait.

Honest, fair pricing first

We right-size the system and quote it fairly. Financing is there to make a fair price easier to manage — not to inflate it.

What financing can cover

Homeowners most often ask about payment options on the larger projects — whole-home radiant floor heating, a high-efficiency boiler installation or replacement, a hydronic snow-melt driveway, or an air-to-water heat pump or geothermal system. Because every hydronic system is engineered to the building, we quote each job individually after a heat-loss calculation — see our transparent pricing guide for typical Utah planning ranges.

Don't forget rebates & tax credits

Financing isn't the only way to make a project easier on the budget. Several high-efficiency systems qualify for incentives that lower your net cost — for example, geothermal and many air-to-water heat-pump systems can qualify for a 30% federal tax credit (geothermal through 2032), and some solar-thermal systems may qualify as well. We'll point out the incentives that apply to your project when we quote it.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Through our financing partner Wisetack, you can spread the cost of larger projects over monthly payments. You can check your options online in minutes with no impact to your credit score, or ask us when you request a quote.

Does asking about financing affect my estimate?

No. Your estimate is based on the work your system needs. Whether you pay in full or finance the project, the price of the work is the same — financing simply changes how you pay for it.

What kinds of projects can be financed?

Financing is most useful on larger projects — whole-home radiant heating, boiler installations, snow-melt driveways, and heat-pump or geothermal systems — but you're welcome to ask about any project when we quote it.

How do I get started?
